Jesu Oba

Luke 2:13-14 (KJV)
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

So I thought, if the angels heralding the arrival of Christ were “Nigerian”, what groove could they possibly be grinding to? LOL. Well, I’d wait till you listen to the song and judge for yourself.

Truth be told, you can’t keep calm at the flood of emotions that rip through the heart; the unbridled joy laced with the unending stillness of peace, the invigorating surge of life ensuing from the inscrutable goodness lavished on men. Be rest assured, this outstrips all talent and capabilities of human ideation.

The darkness of death in all its forms is swallowed up in the radiance of the unveiling of the King. The cosmos and the angelic proclaim; He is Here! Praise has to be and undoubtedly is the response. Ó dé!!

The song Jesu Oba (King Jesus) is a celebratory narrative of the coming of Jesus and what the Father has used the event to accomplish in our lives.
